Our Consulting Division brokers global trade in fertilizer, cacao, and medical supplies. We work through trusted channels like UNGM.org, Buyandsell.gc.ca, and Devex, connecting Canadian exporters with international buyers. Each transaction is supported by financial partners such as Export Development Canada (EDC) and Investment Development Canada (IDC). Our upcoming AI Trade Assistant platform will transform how global commodities are matched, tracked, and delivered — streamlining international commerce with real-time intelligence and compliance.

At the heart of our national mission lies Project Borealis, a sovereign defence ecosystem designed and built in Canada. With platforms like Mythos drone series, The Revenant Class UCAV, T.H.O.R.U.N stealth armoured vehicle, and The Kraken Class drone carrier, Project Borealis offers scalable, AI-driven autonomy across air, land, and sea. Aligned with Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy and built to serve Arctic readiness and national sovereignty, this initiative stands as a direct response to foreign dependency and procurement delays.

Our retail division, Infinity Bazaar, brings curated global products—apparel, home goods, electronics, and essentials—directly to Canadian households. We partner with vetted international suppliers, fulfill through Canadian logistics hubs, and sell across platforms like Shopify, Google Shopping, and Amazon, delivering value with integrity and accessibility.

Lastly, DDHD Property Group & Foundation restores under utilized properties while funding grassroots initiatives in housing, youth mentorship, and inclusive development. We believe that real progress isn’t just measured in transactions or technology, but in lives improved, communities rebuilt, and futures made possible.

Infinitum Venturis is organized into four core divisions—Consulting, DDHD Property Management, the DDHD Foundation, and Infinity Bazaar—each operating independently under the parent company to serve strategic, commercial, and social mandates. At the heart of our defense innovation efforts stands Project Borealis, which is led and managed by Vanguard Aeon Systems, a specialized entity focused exclusively on autonomous systems, AI integration, and sovereign military platforms of which Infinitum Venturis is the parent company.
